Ceramic heating elements are among the most widely used infrared emitters on the market and can be applied in a broad range of industrial and technical processes. Common applications for these heat sources include thermoforming, packaging processes, annealing, curing coatings, printing, and drying. The robust ceramic elements generate long-wave infrared radiation that is both effective and energy-efficient.
Our ceramic long-wave infrared elements are CE-certified, ensuring full quality assurance and compliance with applicable standards.
Technical adviceOur trough-shaped elements deliver a concentrated light output that spreads over longer distances, making them ideal for applications where the emitters are positioned farther from the target surface. The hollow elements, on the other hand, produce an even heat distribution and are therefore suitable for applications where the emitter is placed closer to the material being heated.
Each ceramic infrared heater operates at temperatures up to 750 °C (1382 °F) and produces infrared waves within the range of 2 to 10 microns. The standard supply voltage is 230 V, while the power output ranges from 100 W to 1000 W. Detailed technical specifications can be found in the datasheet.
