Heating Group® explosion-proof cabinet heaters (also called enclosure heaters, or panel heaters) are being used in, amongst others, instrumentation cabinets in hazardous areas. High quality electronics are mostly used in control cabinets, control panels, distribution- and switch board and desks. These high-quality electronics are often very sensitive to temperature changes and moisture.
Technical adviceExplosion-proof cabinet heaters (ATEX-certified) are usually used for keeping a room frost-free or condensation free. The maintaining of a temperature in a control cabinet or another small cabinet or container is another possible use.
Heating Group® explosion-proof cabinet heaters are currently available from 200W up to 400W (T4) and 700W (T3). Equipped with a 1-meter lead. An optional room thermostat with a fixed setpoint of 10°C, 20°C, 30°C of 40°C can be supplied.
We are currently in the middle of strengthening our product portfolio. As soon as we can tell you more, we will post it on our website, right here. Our goal is to offer you a comprehensive portfolio of ATEX cabinet heaters from 25W to 700W. Anything over that, can probably best be covered by one of our other products, like the convectors or radiators.
