FLVw is a parallel self-limiting heating cable used for freeze protection and temperature maintenance of pipes, valves, flanges and tanks.

The FLVw does not overheat or burn out, even when it overlaps itself. The output regulates itself in response to the shower temperature. The self-regulating properties improve overall safety and reliability.
Heating Group International can provide all calculations and engineering, the heating cables, accessories such as termination kits and all control equipment.
The FLVw is available with power ratings of 12, 17 and 30 W/m, as illustrated in the graph to the right.
The chart shows the rated power at 12V or 24V when installed on insulated metal tubing.
