FSUw is an industrial grade self-regulating heating cable that can be used for freeze protection or temperature maintenance of pipes and vessels.
Technical adviceSelf-limiting heating cables increase or decrease heat output depending on changes in ambient temperature.
As a result, a thermostat is not always necessary, as the heating cable will never overheat.
FSUw heating cable is approved for use in non-hazardous and hazardous environments according to worldwide standards. Its self-regulating properties improve safety and reliability.
The FSUw will not overheat or burn out even when it overlaps itself. The power regulates itself in response to the shower temperature.
The FSUw is available with a power range of 100 W/m, as illustrated in the graph to the right. The graph shows the rated power at 230V when installed on insulated metal pipes.
May be cut at any point, making it easy to customize on site.
