Industrial furnaces are specially designed devices capable of reaching high temperatures. They are used for a variety of processes such as heat treatment, metal working and curing coatings. We manufacture laboratory, convection and drying furnaces for a temperature range of 50-1000°C.
Technical adviceIndustrial furnaces are specifically designed for laboratory and research applications.
We offer both standard models and customized solutions, tailored to customer requirements. The furnaces can reach temperatures of up to 1000°C and are designed to fit perfectly with the research process, paying attention to efficiency, safety and precise temperature control.
For laboratories, we supply compact and precise furnaces perfectly suited for material testing, drying and sterilization. In combination with ceramic heating elements, stable temperature distribution is guaranteed even at higher temperatures. This ensures reproducible examination results and optimal control of the process.
Convection ovens provide uniform heat distribution with forced air circulation, essential in processes such as curing, preheating and tempering. Thanks to heating elements, these ovens remain efficient and energy efficient, even in continuous operation. The combination is ideal for applications where temperature uniformity and short warm-up times are important.
For drying processes, there are drying ovens with precise control of temperature and air flow. This makes them suitable for applications such as removing moisture from materials or drying components after cleaning. The systems are designed for reliability, safety and long life.
There are some heating elements in the industrial furnace. These heating elements consist of a resistance part and a ceramic insulation structure, which can be tailored to the object or space to be heated. Based on these elements, a furnace is created, which can be used either as a stand-alone unit or as part of a production line or process. Furnaces are made both standard and custom.
