Technical adviceHeating Group International designs and manufactures electric heating systems for heat chambers. These chambers are used to store products that must not freeze or be kept at a certain temperature.
By heating the entire room and keeping it at temperature, products such as IBC containers and drums can be easily stored and exchanged.
One way to store heat is to place heaters inside the container. For this, our rib tube heaters or convector heaters are ideal. This is a simple and quick way of heating, suitable for keeping a container frost-free or at lower temperatures. The disadvantage of this application is that precious space in the container is used for heating.
A common solution when realizing heat storage is to build a heat chamber by means of air heating. In this process, an air circulation system is built around the container. The air from the container is extracted, heated by a ducted air heater, and then the container is heated by this warm air. This system has several important advantages:
From design to commissioning, we take care of the complete process. That way you can be sure that you can put an optimally functioning heat chamber into operation at short notice. In addition to heating systems for new heat chambers, we also supply heating systems for existing containers and storage that will be used for heat storage.

In addition to regular custom work, we also supply an extensive range of explosion-proof heaters. Both the individual heater such as ribbed tube heaters and convector heaters and a complete system consisting of a duct heater, fans and control, can be made in explosion-proof design.
