Quartz infrared heater

Our compact and robust Fast IR systems are specifically built for quartz tungsten or quartz halogen glass tube emitters. Designed and developed by Ceramicx, the design also makes mounting and integration simple by using existing heating setups, making it a reliable choice for both new and retrofit installations. Both the FASTIR 305 model and the FASTIR 500 model provide an ideal installation for quartz heater tubes.

Toepassingen

The system is suitable for situations where powerful and directional infrared heating is required with quartz heater tubes.
Thanks to its compact and robust design, the system is ideal for both new heating installations and retrofit installations in existing heating setups.
The system can be used in installations where easy mounting, reliable integration and efficient heat transfer are relevant factors.

Advantages

  • An optimal level of efficiency is achieved by highly polished aluminium clad steel reflectors and near-mounted axial flow fans.

 

  • The external body, which is manufactured from aluminium, can be maintained at a touch-proof temperature.

Construction

When mounted on a wall using the bracket, which is purchased separately, the unit should not be placed within 0.5 m of the nearest ceiling.
The minimum distance from the floor is 3 m. Do not place any objects within 2 m in front of the heater.
