Available types and versions

  • On/Off Controller, DIN rail – 1 relay

  • On/Off Controller, DIN rail – 2 relays (with alarm output)

  • On/Off Controller, panel mount – 1 relay

  • PID Controller, panel mount

  • PID Controller, DIN rail

Function

On/Off controllers are used for switching at precisely set temperatures. PID controllers ensure that the desired setpoint (target value) is reached and maintained stably, minimizing temperature fluctuations.

Applications

Standard applications include:

  • Heat tracing

  • Process heating

  • Element heating

Options and sensors

All Heating Group International controllers can optionally be supplied with matching sensors. Depending on the controller type and application, the following sensor variants are available:

  • PTC

  • NTC

  • PT100

  • PT1000

  • Ni120

  • Thermocouples: J, K, L, N, R, S, and B

  • Analog inputs:

    • 0–20 mA

    • 4–20 mA

    • 0–50 mV

    • 0–1 V

    • 0–10 V
