These industrial heaters are often used for space heating. These high-quality systems combine a heating element with natural air movement to evenly heat a space. In large areas, proper air circulation is very important to guarantee even heating.
Every fan heater is produced as standard with a thermostat, which prevents unnecessary energy consumption. The heater is also equipped with a five-position switch that allows control over both airflow and heat output. These fan heaters are available with capacities from 2 to 24 kW.
In large spaces with high ceilings, such as warehouses, we always recommend mounting fan heaters at height. Because warm air rises, higher temperatures will occur near the ceiling than at working height.
By mounting fan heaters at height, better air mixing is achieved. This results in a more even temperature distribution throughout the entire space.
For challenging work environments, we have developed a suitable convector: the VLE fan heater. When a production area, warehouse, or another space requires heating with above-average demands, we more often choose this convector.
The available capacity of this fan heater is also higher, ranging from 3 to 150 kW.
Another effective way to heat a large space is by using duct heaters. These are installed in air ducts and heat the air flowing through ventilation channels, ensuring controlled distribution of warm air. An additional advantage is that duct heaters automatically provide even heating, as heat is distributed via ducts and grilles.
These air duct heaters are often used in HVAC systems, for process heating, air heating, and many other applications. These duct heaters are also available in ATEX versions. We can supply these heaters from 500 W to 12 kW, with diameters from 100 mm to 400 mm. Higher capacities or diameters are of course negotiable.
These air duct heaters are designed specifically for each request. Depending on your application and heating requirements, we calculate the correct capacity. We can also ensure that the heating solution integrates seamlessly with existing ventilation systems.
If you want to maintain an application within certain temperature limits, Heating Group International can provide an external control system. These can be used with both fan heaters and duct heaters.
Multiple heating solutions can be connected to this external control system, allowing you to set a temperature range yourself. The external system then takes control. For example, if you set a range from +5°C to +10°C, all connected heating elements will operate within these limits.
This ensures ease of use, as everything can be controlled from one central point.
