Heating Group International’s duct heaters are specifically designed for air heating in general, air conditioning systems, HVAC systems, space heating, process air systems, drying and many other applications.
Technical adviceIn recent years we have seen that our duct heaters (ducted air heaters) are relatively often used in combination with heat recovery, CHP (heat and cold storage), climate control and ventilation systems.
Duct heaters are available for insertion and intermediate construction.
Heating Group has a standard range of square and round duct air heaters. In addition, ducted air heaters can be manufactured in all types, sizes, capacities, voltages and materials, specifically for your situation.
The duct heaters are produced and assembled by us in Wijchen. Our standard range of round and square duct heaters is often in stock. For duct heaters, which we make specifically on customer request, there is a minimum lead time.
Our standard range consists of a spiro pipe with a heating element and a control box from our own production. In stock we have the heaters ∅ 100 mm to ∅ 400 mm and from 500W to 12kW.
We make our custom-built duct intermediate elements from carbon steel up to RVS316L. Our heaters are usually made of AISI316Ti and ∅ 16 mm, but of course Incoloy or AISI304 is also possible. Of course, other diameters are also negotiable.
In order to optimize your processes, we think in integral solutions: heaters and their control. This is unique. We are product specialists and engineers at the same time. We design but also build the control panels. We deliver the heaters, but also integrate them into your installation. All parts are coordinated, and the complete solution is tailored to your process. Design, production and installation or commissioning are provided by us.
We manufacture our duct heaters ourselves, allowing us to deliver quickly and scale up and down easily.
We specialize in customization. This is our standard rather than the exception for us!
We design, manufacture and install the duct heater and controls if required.
