Heating Group International B.V. (''we“, “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and personal data.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Information we may collect from You

We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Information that you provide to us by registering with www.heatinggroup.com (“Our Site”) or by filling in forms on Our Site.
• Information provided at the time of completing your Product Registration details on Our Site.
• Information provided to us when you request goods, services or information from us.
• Information that you provide to us when you write to us (including by email).
• Information that you provide to us when we speak to you by telephone. We may make and keep a record of the information you share with us.
• Information that you provide to us by completing surveys or participating in promotions or prize. draws. We may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
• Details of your visits to Our Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own research purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access on or from Our Site.
• Information obtained by us from third parties in accordance with GDPR.

Sensitive Data

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, age, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data, so when you submit your details, we will send you a further communication asking for you to confirm your consent to this processing.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don't provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

We will only use your personal data for a purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary.

We do not carry out automated decision making or any type of automated profiling.

IP Addresses and Cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
