Heating Group International b.v. is looking for an enthusiastic and driven technical back-office man or woman. You will deal with technical and commercial questions in this office position that offers a lot of variety. Your focus will be on providing (telephone) technical advice to customers. You work closely with the field staff and you are the link to the engineering department.
You are independent, proactive and confident. You know how to translate customer wishes into technically feasible solutions. You are drawing up quotations and follow them up systematically. You identify projects and follow them up proactively. You maintain telephone contacts with customers and suppliers in our country and abroad. You are also involved in general activities that occur on the sales department. You have a commercial attitude and you recognize the possibilities for applying our products. You take advantage of commercial opportunities!
In order to be successful in this position, you have a higher professional education in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Process Technology. You think along, take action and can switch quickly. In addition, you are an enterprising go-getter, stress-resistant, independent. A good command of the Dutch and English language is a prerequisite, German is an advantage. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and ERP systems is mandatory. It is important that you feel at home in the corporate culture of a family business. It is a condition that you live in the Arnhem / Nijmegen region.

Heating Group International b.v. has specialized in designing, selling, producing and installing (industrial) electrical process heating systems since 1996. Our main sectors are Oil & Gas, Industry, Shipbuilding and Utility.
Our production is growing very fast at our location in Wijchen. In addition, our ramp heating division is also growing steadily, as is the heat tracing business. Our unique approach gives us a good position in the market to continue the rapid growth in the coming years.
With our self-developed products we also start to export. Exports will therefore also grow in the coming years and will become an increasing part of the work.
You will further strengthen our team in the sales department. We expect that we will continue to grow very fast next year and for that we really need new colleagues.
